Every game on Elenabe Besh is made by our own studio and run from our own server.

  • Three kinds of gameSlot-style games with bonus rounds, instant win games like scratch cards, Keno and Plinko, and arcade games.
  • Play in your browserGames open inside the page on phones, tablets and computers. There's nothing to download.
  • No account neededEvery game works for guests. Signing in adds coins, a daily bonus and levels.

Your account and sign-in details

Your account is handled entirely by our server. Here's what that means for you.

  • Kept on our server. Your name, email, phone number, coins and level are saved in a protected file on our own server. It can't be opened from the web and nothing about it is stored in your browser.
  • Passwords are never stored as typed. We turn your password into a one-way scrambled code (a hash). Not even our team can read it. Five wrong tries lock the account for 15 minutes.
  • Secure sign-in. Signing in sets one secure session cookie that page scripts can't read. If you use Google, our server checks the sign-in with Google directly.
  • No payment details, ever. We don't have a shop, so we never ask for card or bank details.
  • Only you see your details. Your account page is shown only to you while you're signed in. Other players never see your name, email or phone number.
  • You're in control. Change your password or delete your account at any time from My account. Deleting removes your file from our server straight away.

How our forms work

Every form on Elenabe Besh (sign up, sign in, contact and Player Care) is sent to our server and checked there, not in your browser.

  • Checked on the serverOur server checks every field before anything is saved or sent. Hidden spam traps stop automated sign-ups.
  • Messages go straight to our teamContact and Player Care messages are emailed from our server to our support inbox over an encrypted connection.
  • A private recordEach submission is noted in a protected log so we can confirm it arrived. Passwords are never written to the log.

Signing in with Google

Choose Continue with Google and Google shares your name and verified email address with us. Our server confirms the sign-in with Google before your account is opened.

The first time, we ask for your UK phone number to finish setting up your account. We never see or store your Google password.

Coins and levels

  • Welcome coins: 50,000Added when your account is created.
  • Daily bonus: 10,000 coinsCollect it from My account. It's ready again 24 hours later.
  • Experience: 40 XP per gameOpening a game while signed in adds XP, once per game every 10 minutes.
  • Level rewardsReaching a new level adds 5,000 coins multiplied by the new level number.

Coins have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for prizes.

A game won't load

Reload the page first. If that doesn't work, check that your browser is up to date and that you aren't blocking content in the page. Games need JavaScript turned on. If it still won't load, tell us the game name, device and browser.

I forgot my password

Use the contact form with the topic Forgot password, sent from the email address on your account. We'll check it's you and help you set a new one.

I'm told my account is locked

After five wrong passwords the account locks for 15 minutes to protect it. Wait, then try again carefully. Use Show to check what you've typed.

Google sign-in says it couldn't be checked

Close any other sign-in windows and press Continue with Google again. Make sure third-party cookies aren't fully blocked for accounts.google.com.

How do I change my password?

Sign in and open My account. Use Change password at the bottom of the page.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open My account and use Delete account. Your file is removed from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care to do it for you.

My coins went down. Can you add more?

Coins are free and have no value. Collect the daily bonus from My account every 24 hours, and level up for extra coins.
