About these terms
These terms and conditions ("terms") apply when you use elenabebesh.com and the games on it (together, "Elenabe Besh", "the site", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is run by Elenabe Besh. You can contact us through the contact form or by email at .
Who can use the site
- You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
- You must give true, accurate details when you create an account, and keep them up to date.
- You may only have one account, and it's for your personal use. Don't share it or let anyone else use it.
We may ask you to confirm your age or details at any time, and we may suspend or close an account if we believe these rules aren't met.
Free play only
Elenabe Besh is a free-to-play social casino. There is no real-money gambling on the site, nothing to buy, and no prizes of money or real-world value.
- Coins are virtual. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for anything.
- Coins exist only so you can play the games. We may change coin amounts, bonuses or levels, or reset balances, at any time.
- Results in our games don't reflect how you would do at real-money gambling. Success here doesn't mean success elsewhere.
Your account
You can play every game without an account. If you create one, we store it on our own server as described in our Privacy policy.
- Keep your password private and choose one you don't use elsewhere. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
- You can change your password or delete your account at any time from My account. Deleting is permanent and removes your coins and level.
Fair use
When using the site you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or any automated means to play, collect bonuses or create accounts;
- try to get around limits such as the daily bonus timer, or exploit a bug for coins or experience;
- attempt to access accounts, files or parts of our server that aren't meant for you, or interfere with the site's security;
- copy, change, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, art or code;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or send us abusive messages.
If you break these rules we may remove coins or experience gained unfairly, and suspend or close your account.
Our games and the site
All games on Elenabe Besh are made by our own studio and hosted on our own server. We work hard to keep them running, but we can't promise the site or any game will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.
If a game malfunctions, the round may be void. Because coins have no value, we don't owe anything for coins lost due to an error.
Intellectual property
The site, its games, artwork, names, logos and code belong to Elenabe Besh or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the site for your own personal enjoyment.
Our responsibility to you
The site is free and provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or problems caused by your device, browser or internet connection.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
Taking a break or closing your account
You can ask us to pause or restrict your account at any time by writing to Player Care. We'll confirm by email. You can delete your account yourself from My account. See Responsible play.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that have not been used for 24 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant and you have an account, we will tell you on the site before it applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
